I never received this case. I emailed the company, they say it was delivered and according to the USPS it was, but I don’t have it. My last email to them has gone unanswered. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my daughter, but at this point all I would like is for them to refund my money. I am giving them 1 star because they did originally respond to my email, So the did at me point try to provide some customer service.

the case is literally just a sticker they put on a clear phone case.

The delivery said 12-15 business days when you order it so I expected it before Christmas then when i went to “track” my order it somehow changed to 15-18 business days which of course it came after christmas on the 18th day.

One thing that this company could improve on is the transportation and communication. I was told that my gift was supposed to come days before it actually did. So that was a little frustrating. But overall my case was amazing!

Compared to other, similar services, I found the website to be very professional, clear and easy to use. The product itself is good quality and I am happy to have received what I paid for.

As I approached the latter stages of my purchase, I was informed that my order qualifies me to receive a free charging wire for my mobile device, which I accepted before proceeding to the checkout. However, the wire did not arrive with my parcel and after informing The Case Company by email, I was told that my order was 5 cent short of the €30 needed to receive such an offer. I thought their response was rather short and direct. I complained and they have since apologized and promised to send the wire. Improvements? Don’t make promises you cannot keep.

This particular case did not have a speaker hole so that you could talk on the phone without opening the case. However, a very minor set back to a beautiful product.

I love the astist and this case does it justice, the details and lines are visible and sharp. The overall feel of the case is good although it can be a little slippery at times but it’s still a good feel, it’s not a shiny material it’s more matte which means no ginger prints.

Mine took a little longer to get here than what it said it would but is understandable since it was from overseas.
