Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiterin, die Ersatzlieferung wurde sehr schnell veranlasst.

Bei Überprüfung meiner Ausrüstung bemerkte ich,dass an meinem CADAC Grillgerät 2Plasticfüsse (Endkappen) nicht mehr das Gerät vervollständigen. Kurzerhand mailen ich die Fa. CADAC an, und schilderte meinen Vorfall. Nach einigen Tagen bekam ich eine Mail mit einer anderen Mail zurück.Ich schilderte mein Anliegen und bestellte dort die Endkappen und gleichzeitig eine Gasdüse mit. Nach einigen Tagen bekam ich meine bestellte Sendung. Ich bin vollstens zufrieden. DANKE

A fault on the CADAC web site caused the same item to be ordered twice, including two postage fees. When being redirected back to the CADAC website from PAYPAL, the site said that my order had been cancelled and I needed to reorder. This I did and then received two separate order confirmations with different order numbers. I tried to cancel the second order within minutes of placing the order. It took two days for the webshop team to respond, saying it was too late too cancel. I then received the two items in the same box (having paid twice for postage), one was damaged. Obviously someone from the picking team should have questioned why two separate orders were destined for the same address with two sets of delivery charges? The support team's comment (after waiting two days for a response to another disappointed email explaining the receipt of two items) was post the unwanted item back to them at my expense and they will refund me the original amount I paid upon receipt of the goods. So I have now paid postage three times for one item. I am very disappointed in the customer care. I am still awaiting someone from CADAC to come back to me with a practical way forward. Clearly happy to sell and send out at speed but not worried about trying to help. This all stems from an error on the CADAC website. If paying with PayPal take great care

Brauchte Ersatzteile für meinen cadac Grill er ist von 2016 aber immer noch Ersatzteile bekommen einfach super.

Das kann ich erst beantworten wenn ich weiß wie auf die Reklamation reagiert wird. Auf meine Reklamation wurde sofort reagiert und mir wurde ein komplettes Grill Unterteil zugeschickt. Super Service. Mit dem Grill bin ich weiterhin sehr zufrieden.

Bevor ich einen Gaskocher bestellt habe, hatte ich noch Detailfragen, die mir schnell und kompetent beantwortet wurden. Lieferung des Kochers ging super flott und bisher bin ich damit auch sehr zufrieden. Härtetest steht aber noch aus.

Sehr schnelle Lieferung, Grillpfanne sieht gut aus, auch der Aufbewahrungsbeutel ist mit dabei. Habe die Grillpfanne noch nicht ausprobiert.
