Great communication, same day shipment, next day delivery!!

There must be a written distinction between the receipt address and the delivery address.

It was good product, great service and quality.

I was pensive to order as I live in the USA and was unsure if my search results were a real company. I did a little research and indeed they are for real. The thermostat was exactly what I needed. The order process was Seamless except for my mistake which MFM corrected swiftly. The order shipped and was received in a timely fashion.

Concernant votre prestation c'était parfait, nous avons passé notre commande qui a été traitée le lendemain. Par contre le délai de livraison par DPD catastrophique. notre colis est resté bloqué 6 jours dans un entrepôt à 15 km de notre domicile. à 2 reprises on nous a envoyé un sms pour nous prévenir de la livraison et pars 2 fois la livraison a été annulée sans motif. Nous avons réussi à récupérer notre colis après nous être rendu 2 fois à l'entrepôt. lors de la commande dommage de ne pas pouvoir choisir le transporteur et demander une livraison dans un dépôt sans devoir attendre une livraison à domicile.

Was opzoek naar een partij die snel een nieuwe magneetspoel kon bezorgen voor mijn koelwerkbank. Was binnen 1 werkdag thuis bezorgd.

Très mécontent du service de livraison que vous proposez. Le colis n'est toujours pas livré. Je ne pense pas commander de nouveau sur votre site internet.

Correcte levering, goed verpakt. de inhoud was compleet. de levertermijn was ook zoals vooropgesteld.

Paid for the part 7/5/25 today 19/05/25 part still has not arrived. I would have ordered the part from another supplier at a cheaper price, but MFM-REF looked more professional..i guess not :-(
