I was sent an item not matching the website description. Contacted customer service to enquire about exchange or refund options. There is no phone number displayed so all you can do is send email and hope for the best. (Waited almost one week for any response). Zero reply. Not even acknowledgement, or asking for more info, or any other reply. Simply nothing.

J’ai commandé Au bout de huit jours sans nouvelle de ma commande alors que ça marque sur le suivi colis en cours j’ai envoyé deux mails avant que l’on me réponde que la pièce était en rupture et que que j’aurais que dans 3 semaines. J ai demandé un geste commercial et il m’on accordé 5€ (une livraison. Gratuite aurait été plus approprié me semble t’il )

Aucun moyen de joindre que par mail le service client. Délai de livraison annoncé mais pas du tout respecté me laissant dans l’incapacité de réparer mon matériel. Reste très sceptique sur le sérieux de la société

Depuis ma commande et son expédition du 01 juin 2026, plus de nouvelle après le 3 juin. Le colis a t'il était perdu. Pour une première commande auprès de votre société je suis plutôt déçu. En espérant changer d'avis si un retour positif de votre coté. L'état du colis ce jour "en cours de livraison"
