I have been keep email and contacting but response and the person behind the desk does not what to do.

It's deceiving because they have a dot ca web address, but everything is in US dollars. Canadians will also have to pay duty to bring it across the border. The good thing is that they have an excellent calculator online for figuring out which gas springs you need as per your application. There was no way to track the order. I contacted them twice as to the shipping status, but they didn't reply in a timely manner. They finally replied after I had received the order. This was frustrating!

I had to email customer service to get updates on my order. The item was listed as available on the website, once i had ordered I was notified it was backordered for a number of weeks. After that the only communication i recieved about the order was when I initiated contact. Updates on order filling, tracking and delivery should be automatic and they were not.

I have yet to receive my unit as it is tied up at customs. If you could email me the shipping documents they may come in handy to get thr parcel released.

I used the door swing program and calculator - we have all the weights and sizes computed from our F360 and shop floor scale... however the gas springs @ 140N as calculated did not hold the door up so I have re-ordered in 180N. We will be able to find an application for the wrong smaller gas springs in the future but purchasing twice was a let down. That being said, the online calculator is a great tool and kept this review at 3 stars.

I ordered a gasspring over a month ago, initially it was in stock then it was out of stock, still waiting. ordered two end attachments about 10 days ago, have heard nothing?

I have never worked with struts before and found Gassprings site. After researching about what I needed I filled out the configurator. I took a little time but is worth it to get the right info to ensure the right product. The pop up notes were helpful. The installation instructions with diagram was great. On June 9 I sent a detailed request for a seemingly damaged gas spring I had received earlier. I received an answer on June 10, which said I would be soon contacted by the technical dept. Today, we are June 16 and I got no contact whatsoever. It's way too long in my mind.
