At the beginning of December, we sent you an update regarding your pre-order before this email contact specifically explaining the pre-order situation.
After this mail, we got a - not so proper - email back from you, asking where your pre-order is. We have replied to that email giving our latest pre-order information, plus also gave (and still give) you the option to cancel your pre-order and to get a full refund with no hassle.
At Spy-Fy, we have customer support as a top priority. But when repeatedly insulting our customer service, you can't expect us to keep reasonably helping you.

We still are happy to help you out with whatever questions you have. But please keep in mind: there is also a human behind the other side of the screen trying to help you, who does not want and appreciate being insulted over an email.
