I have never encountered such a problem, even though I have lived here for 8 years. "...the carrier shipped it back to us because the address was incorrect. If we ship it again with the same address, it will get returned to us once again. So unfortunately, I can't ship this order again with the exact same address :(."

I pre-ordered the new iPhone 15 pro max case upon release of the phone. I was told that pre-orders would be going out in December of 2024. The year is almost over and NOTHING. And I emailed the company and they write back: “ Hi Luis, Well, as you can see, it has not been delivered yet. Pre-orders are now being located at warehouses across the USA. If you wish to cancel your order, you are free to do so.” A-holes.

Spy-fy biedt ideale cases voor iPhones. Ik heb meerdere hoesjes over de afgelopen jaren gehad voor verschillende iPhones maar deze bevalt mij het beste. Het design is goed ontworpen waardoor het mijn telefoon, mijn camera's en mijn privacy beschermd. Ps. ik gebruik een iPhone 13 mini.

I like the privacy case, i've been using it this year and you gotta get used to the camera's being covered from time to time when I take a picture, but this is a small thing. And its supposed to cover the camera's so in that regard it works like it should. Couldn't find another case like this.

Ordered iPhone 14 Pro privacy case, really like the first look of it. Dropped my phone and not a scratch on either the case or phone.

I am half happy with this case for my iphone 14. Totally not happy with the front camera cover. i tested it in selfie mode and it does not cover the full thing. my face peeks through it and that is exactly NOT what you want from such a case. For the rest is the case good and does what it needs to do, except for the wireless charging, i dont use that so i cannot tell if that doesnt work. I read complaints about that. I hope you find a better design for the front camera cover. I would buy it imediatly!

I love this case. It has protected my iphone 13 pro max many times and the camera covers are awesome! The case did break eventually after plenty of hard drops and even though I am out of the warranty period they were kind enough to send me a new one. Fantastic customer service

Fijne iPhone case dat stevig aanvoelt. Schuifjes werken goed en zitten zelfs extra schuifjes bij. Levering was door de brievenbus.

My phone and laptop miss built-in webcam covers. Luckily the covers from Spy-Fy fit nicely and work perfect. I have a phone with two cameras on the back. This meant I had to figure out a way to cover just the primary camera without blocking the view of the second one. But the covers are small and elegant enough to provide some freedom in the way you place them on your devices. Once placed they stick very well! Now I keep forgetting I have these covers when starting my camera app, making me think my app does not start correctly and then remembering I need to uncover the camera. Which is a positive thing I think. The only real problem I had was with the delivery as in some way my precise address was not copied correctly to the delivery company (post-nl). My house number has an additional letter to it and while I can see I filled this in on the Spy-Fy order it was not on the Post-NL order and so it was delivered at my neighbors. Only a small problem but maybe good to keep in mind.

Although the sleeve is of good quality and looks good, I do feel the protection does not go well with the intention I bought it for. i am a flight attendant and travel a lot, besides airport I stay at hotels often or rent cars as well. Some hotels and companies want to make photocopies. So far, the first three hotels do not accept this cover to take photocopies. Two of them because the photograph is covered up. This means I have to take it out of the sleeve. At airport I knew in advance immigration want to have a good look or the automatic passport machines don’t accept this, but it was especially meant for hotels and car rentals, and this seems to be of no use to me. Would be nice to have a way yo uncover picture if desired.

I purchased the Spy-Fy Privacy phone case for the iPhone 14 Pro and the case does not support wireless charging, despite what Spy-Fy represents on their website and on their product packaging. I’ve tried countless times to get the wireless charging to work, but the iPhone 14 pro privacy case definitely does NOT support wireless charging. As for the quality of the case otherwise, it’s ok. Nice touch that SpyFy provides extra phone cover pieces in case the ones already installed (front cover is very flimsy and weak plastic, back cover is also plastic and slides up and down in a loose/sloppy manner). I’m not sure how durable the case is since I would rather not test dropping it with my phone in it. That being said, the case is a bit slippery in my hands for my liking and that combined with the flimsy and loose fitting/sliding camera covers on the front and back along with no wireless charging support is a deal breaker for me. Having to take my case off to charge my phone wireless is unacceptable, especially since SpyFy claims this case “supports wireless charging” and “does not interfere with any functionality of the iPhone”. I’m extremely disappointed that I had to pay $50 and had to wait over 2 months to receive a case that does not meet the quality standards of other cases on the market. Worst of all, it doesn’t live up to what Spy-Fy claims (does not support wireless charging with cheap flimsy covers), which is why I purchased the case.

Bought the iPhone 12 Mini case and no wireless charging issues, though the Apple qi charger battery pack doesn’t stick to the back unfortunately. The case also slips in the hand a bit compared to leather or silicone cases, but the camera covers work perfectly and they even include an extra (presumably in case the first breaks off) for the front camera, which was a thoughtful touch. That really unique feature makes up for its other minor shortcomings.

I love the hidden camera options, and this is why I wanted the case. My biggest issue is that I cannot use my wireless chargers to charge it. I typically will charge my phone while I sleep. It sits next to the bed, resting on a wireless charger. The case will not allow my phone to charge. Now I have to try and find a new setup. I also have a wireless charger for my car that allows my phone to be visible for navigation, but also charges. It will not work with that either, so now I have another new setup. I wish it worked with wireless chargers.

I bought two cases for iPhone 14 and one for iPhone 12 pro. The case for iPhone 12 pro is a 5 star. The case for iPhone pro 14 has issue with charging on wireless charging dock. Tried several docking stations and pads with same issue of can’t charge phone wirelessly. All I can do to charge iPhone 14 pro with case is to use lightning connection to charge phone with case on. Great case other than wireless charging issue.
