After this mail, we got a - not so proper - email back from you, asking where your pre-order is. We have replied to that email giving our latest pre-order information, plus also gave (and still give) you the option to cancel your pre-order and to get a full refund with no hassle. At Spy-Fy, we have customer support as a top priority. But when repeatedly insulting our customer service, you can't expect us to keep reasonably helping you. Hi Ahmed, I'm sad to see this review. We've been helping you almost every day since day 1 of your support request, just so that you can get your order as soon as possible. Your shipment is just taking a little bit longer, because of some extra factors: 1. Bahrein is not a frequent shipping country with shipments from the Netherlands. Shipment might take longer because of this. To give an example: there have to be enough packages to e.g. fill a plane. 2. We're in the middle of the holiday season. Packages all over Europe can be delayed this season. Therefore this also means that packages from the EU to foreign countries can be delayed as well. Your tracking link from PostNL has just been updated with the latest information about your order: "Hooray! Your parcel has arrived safely in Bahrain. Before our delivery partner can start processing it, your parcel will be checked by customs. This check may take a while. We'll let you know when your parcel has passed inspection." We're sorry for the inconvenience of the shipment taking a bit longer but sadly can't influence anything related to shipping by another company. I'm hoping for your cooperation to still end this order in a good way.
