Needed a product to add to my rain water recycling system to keep the water smelling fresh. Visited website and found the solution, and it was delivered the following day, great service.

Good

Order placed, email about delivery received next day, delivered by courier as promised. Product instructions a little vague though, wasn’t sure if I had to mix the powder with water before pouring down the sink. Decided to scatter it and then turn tap on. So far, (4 days post first dose) the smell is reducing, I have great hopes this powder will sort out the problem. Would recommend giving this a try (as well as regular maintenance of your tank/WTP

Fast Delivery well packed,

We have been having issues with our tank, and the product we bought really helped break down the sludge that was building up, would highly recommend

Haven't used the formula yet. I am excited to see the. Results when I do.

Recently installed a rainwater harvesting tank into our new-build house & use it for flushing the toilets & the washing machine. I never realised the water in the tank could get a bit smelly over time. Anyway, googled the issue & up comes the Septic Tank Shop - found the solution almost immediately, purchused it & it arrived within a couple of days. A positive, simple experience & as such will be back.

I was looking for something environmentally friendly to solve the problem of our rainwater harvesting tank becoming extremely smelly due to bacteria. The Bio-Recup Lqd by Dutch Water Tech sold by Septic Tank Shop is perfect and did the job. Great value and service and quick delivery. Very happy and will use again without any reservations.

Good experience overall

Very straightforward, professional and looking forward to seeing the results of the tank cleaner.

After miss typing my address for an online order, I was contacted by phone to sort things out, in a very friendly way. An excellent product too.

Parcel arrived a couple of days after ordering which was helpful. I have a problem with my utility room sink which has fairly narrow pipes and so gets clogged all the time which is very annoying and apart from anything else doesn’t smell very nice! I was so pleased to find a product which was compatible with our septic tank, there’s not too many of them around. I’ve used it once and there has been an improvement, but I’m going to give it another go tonight. Thanks for this product, I’m pleased with it.

I was happy to finally find a British company that would provide an eco friendly solution to grey and black water treatment for RV! The price is fair and the Roebic septic tank product works wonderfully in preventing odour in both my tanks. I will get more for sure and they offer bulk buying deals on top of it.

No problems at all very straight forward to deal with

Top quality product, super fast delivery.

Excellent service as a new customer but I am able to comment on result of treatment as it is the first time usage of the product but my expectations from description provided of product are high.

Very good, done some reserch found product, Roebic K570 ordered , and arrived by DPD courier, kept informed on delivery at time of dispatch, until delivered, product seems to be doing job, Amazing excellent,

Great customer service

The company is good sent the very guick

I live on a widebeam rd boat with a pump out toilet and septic tank products are the only ones that stop my tank from smell so it’s a life changer as I was thinking of changing the system

satisfactory

I was using DWT-Septic successfully to control septic tank smell. Now, though, its not doing it. I will have to look at one of the packages on offer.

Easy to use website, with good product descriptions.Ordered some soak-away cleaner, which arrived well packaged and promptly.

Ordered on line easy todo and delivery was within a few days brilliant

We had been getting a ‘dirty toilet’ smell in our bathroom, we had tried everything, nothing seemed to stop it. Thankfully the product from Septic tank has stopped it.
