The only reason I am writing this review is because I keep being nagged repeatedly by Escentia to review their products. A long time ago now I purchased …amongst many other items…a tub of Escentia cream base. The smell was rancid to say the least. It left a lingering smell like rancid butter on my arm. Awful. I sent an email with regard to the issue and was told Shane would assist me… no apology, no offer to resolve the issue, no offer to return the item…I never heard another word, just brushed off… the cream base went onto the compost heap and I have no interest in purchasing any Escentia products in the future, would rather support a company that does care. I am a qualified aromatherapist and was purchasing large amounts of products at the time and took by business elsewhere.
