I love this app but especially the support that is always quick to fix an issue.
I found t access the programmes that were working on my streaming device. They were very helpful and now I can view all the channels I love.
Even when the service is down or if I need some technical guidance I know Getflix support will help me thru. Kudos!!

I cannot commend the Getflix team enough for their responsiveness. After experiencing IP address update issues using the links, Getflix didn’t just give me a generic fix—they actually updated their server functionality. They’ve now added a Beta feature for manual IP updates specifically to address my needs. The communication was transparent and professional throughout. It’s rare to find a company that listens to user feedback and deploys production-level changes this quickly. 5 stars!

Quick clear responses. They do well at understanding the issue and don't ask for info already given. They give a positive response when suggestions are made. Not that support is required often, mostly it just works, economically and reliably.
Any time I have needed help from them, they have always been available, so quick for customer service. These days that's unusual. I have been with them since 2016.

I have used getflix dns service to be able watch including Discovery plus, Hulu and so far it is working great. They are also happily extending their service to cover many more streaming services.

I've been using getflix for a couple of years now and service has been very good overall. Recently, I had a problem with my credit card and asked them to refund my payment and charge a different card (for reasons I won't get into here). I expected it would be a huge hassle as it was really not their problem, however, customer service was very responsive, credited my account straight away, and helped me make arrangements to charge a different card. All done in a couple of days. Thanx guys!
