Spyslide Webcam Cover 3-Pack | Black or Silver - Black
Ordering was fairly straightforward, except for brief confusion about how to buy the exact number of silver and black that I need. Also, I paid the additional ?4 for tracking, but this info. was unavailable. (Almost immediately, the originating country?s tracking system indicated the package had been handed over to the destination country. However, my country?s tracking system indicated the number didn?t exist in their system. Thus, I couldn?t actually track my package.) Nonetheless, I DID receive my Spy-fy package relatively quickly (perhaps 5 business days?), with a signature required (ensuring safe delivery to me). Very good experience, overall.
As for the covers, they?re great. Good quality. Easy to install. Granted, I?ve only had them for a couple of days. But, so far, they look awesome! ...Especially the silver on my MacBook Air!! They do create a little raised, matte area on the face of the device...which runs the risk of scraping the cover off, during handling. But they are so thin, and almost look like they?re meant to be there. Great!
The only downside may be face recognition devices. My husband likes the look of them, but is reticent to use the ones I purchased for his devices, as his phone & iPad open with facial recognition, along with some of his app?s. This would mean he?d have to first open the slide each time, then remember to close it. I understand that he might find this tedious, every time. But for me, they are EXACTLY what I was hoping for. :)
