Snelle levering en goede klantenservice

Ik weet niets van kamperen. De site hielp me om de goeie keuze te maken voor een kleine gas barbecue. De volgende dag was het direct binnen. Ik kon het antwoord op een vraag die ik had alleen nergens vinden. Deze via de website aan de klantenservice gesteld en vrijwel volgende dag weer antwoord gekregen. Zo kan het ook!

Dont Buy a Cadac in Mijas(Malaga)(Spain)

I bought a Cadac barbecue on June 14, 2025 (2-year warranty). Nineteen days ago, I returned it (Official Dealer https://maps.app.goo.gl/8JeNtCHB8xACZkhdA) because it had broken due to a manufacturing defect and was unusable. They said they would call me back in a few days. After 10 days, I went in person since they weren't answering the phone. They said they had sent it to the manufacturer because a part was missing for repair and that they would call me back. A total of 19 days have passed since the initial request, and they haven't called me. Today I went back. They said the manufacturer wasn't responding. Then another employee came and said the problem was due to misuse. He hit the grill four times in front of me. He told me to leave and that they didn't have time because it was just a €130 barbecue. I didn't leave. A third employee came. I asked for a refund or a new barbecue. He said that wasn't possible until the manufacturer responded. I asked how much longer the manufacturer would take. They said it takes an average of 15 days. I mentioned that 19 days had already passed. A fourth employee came. He said he is responsible for claims. I inquired about the status of this claim. He said they didn't know because the previous claims manager was no longer there. I requested a refund or a new barbecue. They refused both of my proposals. They informed me that they would call me when the manufacturer decides to respond. I am sharing my experience. I have attached proof of purchase and receipt for repair. Please help me. Regards

Super Shop - Schnell und Top Produkte

Hab schon mehrmals im Shop bestellt. Die Ware wurde immer sehr schnell und Einwandfrei geliefert. Auch gibt es immer tolle Angebote. Die Cadac Sachen sind im allgemeinen in einer guten Qualität und halten auch lange den täglich Campingwahnsinn stand ;-) Wir haben uns immer wieder für Cadac entschieden
