Easy to order ,very fast delivery, highly recommended

Although the product was delayed from the supplier, Simply Safes were prompt to respond to email and communicated all details regarding our order very competently. Would definitely recommend and will use again if we have further requirements.

I ordered a safe for my Nan and it came almost a month late and you only 24hr from receiving it to return it if there was any problems with it. The safe was very big but inside was small that it couldn’t a4 paper which is pointless because you can’t can’t put any important documents in.

The safe I wanted wasn't in stock and the upstream supplier had problems, but SimplySafes kept me in the loop and organised a substitution. Delivery was good.

We were very impressed with the professional approach of the company. The product they supplied is great and just what we wanted. They fitted it very expertly and tidily and we were very pleased with the whole customer experience.

Very easy online purchase process - the delivery and installation was done in 20 minutes - great friendly service from installers, would highly recommend.

Overall it was a good experience however I had to call to find out when the safe was going to be fitted as a week had gone by. The only improvement would be to be clearer and speedier in relaying fitting dates information.

I can highly recommend this company. I bought a wheel clamp but unfortunately it did not fit. Although the mistake was mine they did not hesitate to accept the return and make a full refund. They also recommended a courier to use due to the weight of the item. This saved me £20. I would especially like to thank Dan, he is a real star and facilitated the return and refund. Thank you.
