After much research into garage door security I contacted Simplysafes and spoke with a very helpful representative. I bought the Defender and fitted it on my side hung wooden garage doors. First Phoenix Rhea safe was badly damaged, and after sending photo's a replacement was sent and damaged one collected within 2 days. However the replacement, although not damaged, has been poorly touched in at various points in a different colour paint, leaving me wondering what it is hiding underneath, but why as a 'new' product it is sent like this. Don't by a Phoenix Safe
