Will answer customer service when I am happy with goods. Goods arrived ok but cannot open safe. Will need to be replaced.

Excellent product and a fast easy transaction. Can’t really fault it in anyway. They were also the best priced for the safe I wanted so a brilliant customer journey all round.

Disappointed with the service I received, paid £130 for delivery and fixing of safe, the three guys who delivered and fixed the safe, did'nt seem to be interested, said the bolts were to long and we neeeded shorter ones and left with safe not fixed to ground.When I contacted simplysafes they said the safe is delivered and fixed by Phoenix safes from Liverpool , who were not realy interested.

We were at home when the delivery was made and it would have been helpful if the carriers had rung the door bell to let us know. Otherwise it would have been a 5/5 rating. Pre-delivery service/advice....excellent

Safe arrived in very good time. Was exactly as described on the website. Came with 4 x 10mm push-through-&-tighten fixing bolts - but the holes in the safe were only 8mm, so had to be drilled out - not a big deal. Anyway, set up and working in a few minutes, then installed a few days later.

Easy site to compare safes and order from. Fast, efficient delivery. I would certainly recommend simplysafes to friends and relations.
