The delivery is any time during one day, and the item arrived well packed but attached to a pallet, and left on doorstep. Not very practical.

Product excellent, just what I wanted Had a small problem when I tracked the item as it wasn’t where it was supposed to be Apparently it had missed the pickup from the hub but not sure why Phoned Simply Safes and the lady I spoke to sorted it out with the courier and phoned me straight back as promised As a result my item was delivered a day late Fortunately not a problem at my end
