Delivery was by a different carrier from the one advised to me by Simply Safes - but the delivery was prompt and in good condition.

Very well priced safes and what was ordered was exactly what was required..... However, I wanted and paid for immediate, next day deliver but for whatever reason, not particularly the fault of SimplySafes, but their delivery contractor, it took five days to deliver. What is an issue is that having paid the next day delivery charge, SimplySafes only refunded a part of that cost with no explanation

Delivered 4 weeks later than promised and very poor lack of communication

Easy to order and questions answered by helpful and efficient staff. Delivered as suggested but could not give time of day.

WARNING:I recommend avoiding this company. They have very limited knowledge on safes and could not answer my basic questions. In the end they stopped replying to my messages and simply said we cannot help". This was after asking some very simple questions. There are many other companies on line, do yourself a favor and do a quick search for a more reliable company, these guys are likely scammers."

very quick and easy - arrived when they said it would

The key safe came very promptly and is working well. my only slight complaint is that there is no interior hook to hang the key on, so it occasionally falls out when you open the safe. but for the price it's still extremely good value for money.
