The person I spoke to was very helpful and helped me make a choice. The only niggly thing was that I had an email saying delivery was from another safe company. No time slot given for delivery, turned out there was an option for either a morning slot or all day delivery and I was given all day, which was frustrating as it arrived late afternoon and I had waited in all day for the delivery
