Excellent website, full of useful information making product selection easy. The call back to arrange delivery and installation was very quick (within a couple of hours). The delivery and installation guys were bang on time, quick, and ultra tidy. You would not know they had been there, they vacuumed as they went along and did a superb job. I would use Simplysafes again with no hesitation.

Website very easy to use, I could easily log in and see the process of my order at any time. The safe arrived promptly without any delivery issues.

The safe was not any use to us as a set of car keys wouldn't go through the slot. I was told that it would cost £60.00 to return so as the safe was only £70.0 I decided to sell it myself

I am in the middle of building an extension on our home so i thought it would be a good idea to install a safe while the building work is in progress. I didn't want a great big safe just one that would fit in a main stud wall so this was an ideal size. Its very hard to choose as like all things these days we have to many choices no matter what we buy. This safe is well made, good price.
