Just as advertised. Substantial and value for money

I bought the safe for my son, so cannot appraise fully, however his initial assessment is that it seems ideal for his needs. Certainly ease of ordering and promptness of delivery were as promised.

Asked questions before purchase regarding size of cabinet. Simply Safes returned phone calls after contacting manufacturer. Asked same questions of other companies with no returned information so purchased same safe from Simply Safes even though it was a little more expensive.

Processed and delivered on time but packaging was poor. Luckily the goods weren't damaged but they could easily have been as the bottom of the safe was exposed.

The safe is great, but the pictorial instructions are not easy to understand. Would definitely recommend this unit.

The safe I ordered was out of stock. Although it didn't state this on the website at the time of ordering, I did receive an email the following day asking me whether I would like to choose a different one, or wait for them to receive delivery of it. I chose to wait and was kept informed throughout the whole process. Cannot fault the customer service at all. Would definitely buy from them again.
