Only fair for the goods as the first one delivered was damaged. There was no problem with getting it replaced, hence excellent service. Delivery was only good as there was a delay from the manufacturer. I was kept informed.

Simply Safes are a great company with excellent helpful customer service. Highland Outdoors, the subcontractor in this case, are also equally excellent, the product is also good value for money. Unfortunately TNT as the courier are a useless. They caused all parties a major headache.

No Safe didn't work with key supplied, only when locking mechanism was dismantled and lubricated did it work Key was broken in the attempts to get it to work and no replacement offered
