The only reason I am giving delivery 4/5 is that the delivery time slot is very long and there is no option to get a shorter timescale with the safe I chose. I was lucky that the safe came at lunch time but I could have waited in all day only to have it arrive at 7pm which would have been very frustrating. It would be good if you could send a text with a 3 hr delivery time slot

Advice from customer service saved me making an embarassing mistake and the delivery was prompt. The instructions for use provided with the safe were incorrect and very basic and do not explain the relevance of the three coloured lights.
