Delivery only gotb4 stars, not because it was Kate, but because the dispatch conformation came at 18:00 and said I should expect it tomorrow, but in face it was ordered after 1pm and the delivery should have been expected the day after, which it was.

Excellent service throughout. The particular item ordered was not available for approx. 6 weeks. Position monitored and when available , on the date given, a phone call received from Simply Safes and the item processed with delivery the following day.

First rate service, ordered at 2pm and delivered the following day. Product is easy to install and use. So good I'm thinking of buying same for home.

Apart an a small problem at the start, the customer service were very helpful to resolve it. I would use them again and recommend the company.

Still not received goods Rang customer support who couldn't be bothered to return my call and give me my delivery update, so tried again and again - finally discovered that Simply Safe" had decided not to pass on my additional delivery information meaning the safe was been delivered to the wrong place."

Quick and easy registration, easy to navigate site, when there was an issue (or a perceived potential for one) the company promptly phoned me up to discuss the delivery ( a heavy object) and re-arranged delivery to suit my schedule. Product arrived as scheduled.

Fast delivery very pleased with goods

Safe looks and feels very solid. Confirmation email came through to say goods would arrive next day but no goods, this was Thursday, nothing Friday or no card from courier we we missed. Called them three times on Monday before speaking to the only person who could help and sad it was manufacturers fault. All in all, very poor communication

The Sentry Safe was just what I was looking for. Big enough to store out old foolscap deeds and other items. Very robust. Excellent product and service. Would definitely recommend.
