Very easy and efficient

Ordered the safe and it was delivered next day. I thought that the safe would be heavier than it was, but when it's bolted down to concrete with the rawl bolts provided, it isn't going anywhere easily. Excellent value for money product and hopefully it will help to keep my valuables away from the quick hit thieves. Its easy to set up and operates perfectly.

great drop safe delivered in less than 24hrs

This safe appears to be a good quality product so far - we've been using it for 5 weeks and have had no problems. It is a replacement for one which cost half the price but had endless problems with the faulty digital lock which often didn't work, even with the key. I bought this one on the strength of good reviews so fingers crossed

The key safe required was not in stock, nor was it available elsewhere. So there was a delay on fulfilling the order, but SimplySafes could not avoid the delay. There communications and service were excellent otherwise. Would buy again from them.

i had asked for the safe to be drilled (at the last moment) and simply safes did this and still got the delivery to me as promised. also, the safe manufacturer made errors by trying to deliver a further safe. not simply safes fault at all but SS followed up to ensure everything was OK. Very impressed with the ordering process and the delivery. It arrived the morning after I ordered it. The safe was easy to use and the instructions were clear and simple to understand. The price is very good. The size and weight is ideal for our purposes.

I had a couple of questions about the safe and delivery so called them first, they answered my query and took the order over the phone, arrived next day, great item, great customer service.

Communication and information on delivery timing excellent

Everything went very well until delivery, subcontract delivery firm gave a window between 0900 -- 1200 was actually delivered at 13:30, driver very reluctant to lift box into hallway , was initially only prepared to drop pallet on drive way.

Arrived quickly, and in perfect condition, highly recommended.
