Great service, personal and efficent

The order process was very straightforward and the key cabinet arrived in excellent time. The product was as I expected, good value. Although the tags are fiddly to write the number on, the quality is very acceptable, I especially like the fact the hooks are adjustable. It 'does what it says on the tin' and suits key holding for my cleaning business perfectly

Delivery simply didn't happen on the first two occasions (apparently the only person at the delivery company who arranges deliveries was on holiday...) Simplysafes themselves were really friendly and helpful, but I'd still think twice about using them again due to the delivery issues; if I had to take time away from client sites to wait for these non-deliveries it would have lost my business £700
