Good price and online order process with a selection of delivery dates available. Unable to comment on the product as I didn't receive it after waiting in all day (it seems that it was to be delivered direct from the manufacturer) as we were unable to agree an alternative delivery date I had to cancel the order. Customer services at Simply Safes were excellent throughout.

I took a day off work only to be called and told that the delivery was not going to happen. In fairness they arranged a Saturday delivery. The product is ok however the main opening handle is flimsy plastic and I can only see this snapping due to the weight of the door.

This is a good safe, easy to operate and install. We've only had it in for a few weeks but it does the job well and it's so reassuring now to have a proper safe. We'd have given it 5 stars but the fixings included 4 bolts but only 2 holes. The other 2 we had to drill ourselves. Also, I'd recommend a slot head on the bolt, just for easier installation.
