The construction of the safe is of poor quality. This is not something I would recommend due to the poor quality. The beans in my tin of baked beans is more secure.

Safe is great, problems with installation date/cancellations, but good in the end.

Great company and great service They called after my online purchase and to schedule delivery + installation of safe. The installation guys were very resourceful as we had height constrains and had to use a wooden panel to increase height, they did it with no complaints and I was very satisfied. Highly recommended

Dispatch was very soon after my order was received, delivery took a few days, but it was to the Shetland Islands via an overnight ferry crossing of 12.5 or 14.5 hours, so delivery was good for this location, The safe is very strong for a domestic safe, and very well made, Simplysafes have such a good web / ordering page I had no reason to contact them other than to order, a very happy customer,

An informative and accurate description on the website. Item delivered on time and the packaging was very protective and secure. The safe was of excellent quality, straightforward to install and use and suited our needs perfectly.

Everything was excellent apart from delivery? Nothing to do with Simplysafes, firm apparently tried to deliver, no card left so contacted and collected from depot.

First class service - I had a very helpful discussion by email/phone with a knowledgable staff member who helped me decide which safe to buy, once it became apparent that my original choice wouldn't be suitable. Wide selection at very good prices and the price match feature is a great idea, even though I wasn't able to take advantage of it on this occasion. Safe arrived as promised the next day.
