Quick delivery on the product and exactly as described on the website. I would recommend this product.

Great customer service. Very helpful. I ordered the parts in the evening online, the next morning they called me to say all the parts were in stock and they dropped the goods off to me at work in the afternoon as I was local to them. Product was safely wrapped and the parts explained as to what was what. Be nice if all companies worked this way.

An easy buying experience

Very easy to order. There was a delay in expected delivery date due to circumstances outwith their control but they communicated this to me and gave me a new expected date. The safe is strong and the unusually shaped key turns easily in the lock. My 90 year old aunt is very pleased with her purchase

Easy website to use, delivery was very quick( next day) and the product was what was expected. Excellent experience.

Over all a very good product. Not as heavy as I expected but will do the job it was purchased for. Delivery was a day later than expected however that was the couriers not the company’s fault. Would recommend it for anyone that doesn’t like technology as it’s just a key, no codes to remember or forget in my case
