How do reviews work on Kiyoh?
How are reviews collected?
Reviews on Kiyoh are collected through invitations that webshops send to their customers after a purchase. This means that only real customers can leave a review — you must have actually purchased something from the respective webshop.
How are reviews verified?
Every review on Kiyoh is linked to a real transaction. The webshop sends an invitation to the customer's email address, allowing us to verify that the reviewer was indeed a customer. This makes fake reviews virtually impossible.
How do you write a review?
After your purchase, you will receive an email with an invitation to leave a review. Click on the link in the email, give a score from 1 to 10, and optionally write an explanation. The entire process takes less than a minute.
Report a problem
Do you have an issue with a review or want to have a review removed? Then contact the respective webshop. If that does not lead to a solution, you can contact Kiyoh via our contact form. We carefully review each report and take action if necessary.
