How is your Kiyoh score calculated?
Transparency is a core value at Kiyoh. That's why we explain exactly how your review score is calculated.
The calculation method
Your Kiyoh score is the average of all the reviews you have received in the past 12 months. We use a rolling average so that your score always provides a current reflection of your customer satisfaction.
Why 12 months?
We use a 12-month period because it offers a good balance between relevance and stability. Older reviews no longer count, allowing improvements in your service to quickly reflect in your score.
How does it work exactly?
Each customer gives a score from 1 to 10. All these scores from the past 12 months are added together and divided by the number of reviews. The result is your Kiyoh score, rounded to one decimal place.
Tips to improve your score
The best way to improve your score is by investing in customer satisfaction. Respond to negative reviews, resolve issues quickly, and actively request feedback. The more satisfied customers leave a review, the better your score will be.
