I ordered my seeds, then had to wait a few days until payment cleared and you sent an email about that, and never emailed me after that about my order, only sales stuff wanting me to buy more, never said my order was sent day or time, I asked about my order after a week, not one person could tell me anything about it, just kept sending me sales crap, I asked several times if my order had been shipped and no one ever got back to me, I finally got my seeds 16 days after I ordered them!

I’ve done some business in the past with them and everything seemed right except for this last purchase that never seemed to arrive now I did message customer service and they told me that they did mail it out with no proof that it was mailed out nor that it was received so here I am going back-and-forth with customer service and the way that they were their message. They act as if I stole the product or maybe it arrived in. I kept it or something. These things are out of my nature. All I wanted was something that I paid for. Sincerely Edward Montero.

As above no sign of product over 2weeks later no tracking update available and no reply to 3 emails sent to customer service .couldn't be much worse really

The only thing that drags the whole experience down is their choice of Freight carrier company and the lack of updates on the parcel tracking - when compared to other couriers.
