So after much browsing over many different web sites , I came across Zamnesia . The website is slick and the information clear and concise and it gave me the confidence to make my purchase. Communication has also been excellent. I would highly recommend . I shall definitely be reordering soon. Keep up the good work.

Bestellung und Lieferung läuft gut. Ansprechende Verpackung. Aber was macht der Kunde ( mir gerade passiert) wenn zwei von drei Samen nicht aufgehen? Reklamieren? Wo und wie?

Große Auswahl im Shop. Keine Schwierigkeiten mit Bestellung/Bezahlung/Lieferung. Habe mir auch schon bei anderen Händler Samen bestellt, aber bei denen gab es immer irgendwelche Schwierigkeiten. Bei Zamnesia alles Perfekt.

Der Versand dauert manchmal etwas. Gibt es allerdings Probleme mit dem Produkt, ist der Kundenservice sofort zur Stelle und regelt dies umgehend.

Ich hatte ein "Problem" mit einem Teil einer Bestellung. Zamnesia angeschrieben und problem geschildert. Sie haben mir angeboten mir das Produkt neu zu schicken oder einen Code im Wert des Produkts + Versandkosten. Ich kann Zamnesia als langjähriger Kunde nur sehr empfehlen. Super Leute dort. Ich glaube rechtlich hätten sie mir nichtmal etwas neues schicken / Code anbieten müssen. Love you Zamni

Toller Service, schneller Versand, zuverlässige Produkte. Bisher gab es nur einmal ein Problem und das war auf den Hersteller, nicht auf Zamnesia zurück zu führen. Trotzdem kam man mir schnell und unbürokratisch entgegen! Ich habe die Jungs und Mädels bereits im Freundeskreis empfohlen und tue es auch hier.
