CCV Shop reviews with the Kiyoh integration
The official Kiyoh app is listed in the CCV Shop App Store under Marketing. Connect API key plus connector ID, set the invitation per language version, and collect shop and product reviews after shipping.
Find Kiyoh in the Marketing category, not as a separate download
In the CCV Shop management environment, open the App Store and filter by Marketing. There you will find the official Kiyoh integration. No extra public store URL is needed: you install from your own shop management. After installation, paste two values from the Kiyoh dashboard — the API key and the connector ID — so that orders are linked to the correct Kiyoh account.

From Marketing app to first CCV Shop review
Five steps as in the plugin: App Store, install, connector ID, language + timing, test order.
Open the App Store under Marketing
Log in to your CCV Shop management environment, go to the App Store, and search for ‘Kiyoh’ in the Marketing category.
Install the Kiyoh Integration
Click on Install. The app will be added to your CCV Shop environment.
API Key and Connector ID
Open the Kiyoh app settings in CCV Shop. Enter the API key and connector ID found in your Kiyoh dashboard.
Language Version and Timing
Set the invitation language for each language version of your webshop. Recommended delay: 7–14 days after shipping.
Activate and Test
Enable the integration, place a test order, and check in Kiyoh if the invitation is created.
One Connector, Invitations per Language Version
CCV Shop stores with multiple languages do not send a single generic email. You link the connector ID once and choose per language version when and in which language the customer receives the review request — typically 7–14 days after the shipment is sent. This way, shop reviews about your store and product reviews about the item remain in the buyer's language. You place the widget in the CCV Shop theme; Google Rich Snippets assist with stars in search results. Suitable for CCV Shop Pro and Ultimate.
