Magento reviews with the Kiyoh extension
For Magento 1 and Magento 2 / Adobe Commerce: verified shop and product reviews, cron invitations, and multi-store — without getting lost in a CLI manual as a merchant.

Many Magento shops are still on Magento 1, while others are on Magento 2 or Adobe Commerce. The Kiyoh extension connects to both: after an order, Magento’s cron schedules the review invitation, so customers write when the order is truly complete. Configure API key and company ID under Stores > Configuration > Kiyoh. Technical details are available on the Magento integration.

From dashboard to live invitations

Retrieve the extension
Download from Settings > Integrations in the Kiyoh dashboard, or follow the installation docs. Magento 1 archive: GitHub zip from kiyoh_magento1.
Install per version
Magento 2: Composer, then bin/magento module:enable Kiyoh_Reviews and setup:upgrade. Magento 1: upload via FTP to app/code.
Activate or clear cache
Magento 2 is active after enable + upgrade. Magento 1: clear cache via System > Cache Management.
Stores > Configuration > Kiyoh
Enter API key and company ID, choose the order status and delay. Multi-store: repeat per store view.
Test a complete order
Set a test order to Complete. Cron creates the invitation; check it in the Kiyoh dashboard.
Shop reviews, product reviews, and snippets on the storefront
The extension is not just an admin tool. You collect shop reviews and product reviews after real orders. Google Rich Snippets help display stars in search results. The Kiyoh widget is ready as a CMS block — drag it onto a CMS page or into the layout. Extensive logging helps if a cron run or store view doesn't perform as expected.
