This Lightspeed reviews page is about Lightspeed eCom webshops. Install the integration in the eCom backoffice: Apps > App Store, search for Kiyoh, install and grant access to orders. Then log in with your Kiyoh account or create one via register. Set the language per store; the plugin follows the order's language. From App Store to automatic invitation
Open Apps > App Store in the eCom backoffice
Log in to Lightspeed eCom. Go to Apps > App Store and search for Kiyoh. Ensure you are in the correct webshop if you have multiple stores.
Install and Authorize Order Access
Open the Kiyoh app and choose Install. Grant permission for the integration to read your order data — without this authorization, no invitations will be sent.
Connect Your Kiyoh Account
After installation, you'll reach the configuration page. Log in with an existing Kiyoh account or create one. Only then will the webshop be linked.
Set Language Per Store
Set the invitation language per language or shop. The plugin detects the order's language and sends the email in that language.
Enable Automatic Invitations
Enable auto-invites. By default, the email is sent 7 days after shipping. Orders are received in real-time via webhooks.
Widget in the Theme, Snippets in Google, Multiple Shops
Once invitations are running, display Lightspeed reviews on the shop with the Kiyoh widget in your theme: score and recent reviews for visitors. Shop reviews and product reviews are both included in the integration — see shop reviews and product reviews. Google Rich Snippets add structured review data so stars can appear in search results. If you have multiple Lightspeed eCom stores, link each one separately and maintain the language per shop. The order flow operates via webhooks, not through nightly batch imports.
